If you provide us your phone number, we may contact you by phone or text message regarding your inquiry or active service. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message from us, or call us at (561) 203-5555. We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain customer records for as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with our legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and licensing recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize records that are no longer needed under these criteria.

Marketing email
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out by emailing us. Operational emails about active services (appointments, invoices, follow-up) are not marketing and will continue as needed to perform the Service.

Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., CPRA, CDPA, CPA, UCPA, CTDPA) have additional rights regarding their personal information, which may include the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to portability, the right to opt out of certain processing, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. 9. Do Not Track
